3.4 Account Verification (KYC). 777cm may, at its discretion and as required by its compliance obligations, request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation including but not limited to government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 777cm currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may change at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. The 777cm platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Exchange rates applied to international transactions are determined at the time of processing and may vary.
4.3 Deposits. Deposits are credited to your 777cm wallet following successful confirmation from the payment provider. 777cm is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operators, or banking institutions.
4.4 Withdrawals. 5.1 Acceptance of Bets. 777cm reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on restricted events, bets that appear to exploit system errors, and bets placed after an event has concluded.
5.2 Odds Errors. In the event that incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or human mistake, 777cm reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds. You will be notified of such voiding and any stakes already deducted will be returned to your account.
5.3 Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by 777cm, having regard to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding the result, 777cm's determination shall be final.
5.4 Live Betting. Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension and resumption at any time. Bets placed while a market is in the process of suspension may be voided. 777cm is not responsible for any delay between the real-world event and the data feeds displayed on the platform.
5.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot games on the 777cm platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Results are independently audited. RTPs are published within the game information panels. Casino games are games of chance and outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced by any player strategy or action beyond the selection of available in-game options.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by 777cm are subject to individual terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. 6.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified timeframe will expire. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777cm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from betting outcomes, technical failures, payment processing delays, or interruptions to the service.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 777cm's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.1 777cm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, identity verification failure, risk management considerations, or regulatory requirements.
11.2 In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Funds representing genuine deposits (net of any applicable deductions) may be returned to you at 777cm's discretion following the completion of any ongoing investigation.
11.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting 777cm support. Outstanding wagers will be settled in accordance with the normal settlement rules, and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
12.1 These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to them or your use of the 777cm platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of 777cm.
